Then Venezuelan Flag consists of three large stripes, each one is a different primary color. Yellow represents the riches of the country – soil, gold, sovereignty, justice, harmony, agriculture and the Sun. Blue represents the Sea of the Caribbean that surrounds the country. And red represents the blood spilled in the battle for independence from Spain. There are also a cluster of stars in the middle of the flag which have changed in number and placement over time. There is also an optional coat of arms that may appear in the upper left corner.
